How do I start designing a new ID card?
Go to your Dashboard and click 'Create New Template'. You'll be taken to our drag-and-drop editor where you can add text, shapes, images, and dynamic fields.
How do I map my CSV data to the design?
In the editor, use {curly_braces} for text fields you want to replace dynamically (e.g., {name}, {roll_no}). When you open the Bulk Generator, the system will automatically look for matching columns in your uploaded CSV.
What format should my photos be in?
We support PNG, JPG, and WebP formats. In your CSV, the 'photo_url' column can contain either a direct URL to an image online, or the exact filename of an image you plan to upload manually in the Data Grid.
How do I print the exported ZIP file?
If you downloaded a ZIP of PNGs, extract the folder. You can then print the individual PNGs directly using any ID Card software or Thermal Printer (like Fargo or Zebra). Alternatively, use our PDF export to print multiple cards on standard A4 paper.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your premium subscription at any time from your Billing settings. Your account will revert to the free tier at the end of the billing cycle.
