- Bulk Generation Data: CSV data containing personal details of individuals (students, employees) that you upload for bulk generation. Note: This data is heavily processed locally in your browser to minimize server exposure.

BidHex uses the collected data exclusively to provide, maintain, and improve the CraftMyID platform. Specifically, we use it to:
- Facilitate the rendering and exporting of your ID cards.
- Provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
- Analyze usage patterns to improve performance and feature sets.
3. Data Security & Storage
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Template designs and account details are stored securely in our cloud database. However, the heavy processing of sensitive bulk CSV data primarily occurs locally within your browser (client-side) to ensure that sensitive PII (Personally Identifiable Information) minimizes its footprint on our external servers.

CraftMyID may utilize third-party services (such as Supabase for database hosting and secure authentication, and Stripe for payments). These third parties have their own strict privacy policies adhering to international data protection standards.
