These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the CraftMyID platform and website. CraftMyID is exclusively a product of BidHex. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1. License & Ownership
CraftMyID, including its underlying technology, source code, UI designs, and features, is the intellectual property of BidHex. All licenses are strictly reserved by BidHex. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for designing and generating ID cards. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell the platform itself.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use CraftMyID only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from using the platform to:
- Create fraudulent, fake, or deceptive identification documents.
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights or privacy of others.
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or illegal materials.
BidHex reserves the right to immediately terminate the accounts of users found violating these guidelines.
3. User Data & Content
You retain all ownership rights to the specific data (names, photos, logos) you upload into the system for the purpose of generating your cards. By uploading this data, you grant BidHex a temporary license to process this data solely for the purpose of rendering your requested output.
4. Limitation of Liability
CraftMyID is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. BidHex makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the continuous availability or absolute error-free nature of the platform. Under no circumstances shall BidHex be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
5. Modifications to the Service
BidHex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the CraftMyID service at any time, with or without prior notice.
