Please be advised that all purchases and subscriptions made on CraftMyID are completely final. It is not refundable if one purchases.

Why We Do Not Offer Refunds

CraftMyID operates as a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform managed by BidHex. Because the core value of our service is the immediate generation and export of digital assets (ID Cards, PDFs, PNGs), we cannot revoke usage once a digital export has been completed.

To ensure fairness, we provide ample opportunities for users to test the platform for free before committing to a purchase. You can explore the editor, test templates, and evaluate the user interface completely free of charge.

Trial First, Purchase Second

We highly encourage all organizations, schools, and individuals to utilize our free features to thoroughly test compatibility with their CSV data and printers. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have tested the system and verified that it meets your specific requirements.

Subscription Cancellations

While purchases are non-refundable, you maintain full control over your subscription renewals. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing dashboard. Cancellation ensures you will not be billed in the next cycle, but it does not retroactively refund previous or current billing periods.
